A/N: ok I finally had the chance to type this up...PLEASE tell me if it's any good!!
“Albus, I need to talk to you,” Minerva entered Albus’ office, forgetting to knock. She decided it was time to tell Albus how she felt about him. With the Chamber of Secrets open, again, she wasn’t sure what would happen this time.
“Come in, Minerva, what’s wrong?” Albus saw Minerva’s worried expression.
“Albus, I need to tell you something, something rather important…,” Minerva bit her lip.
“Please, sit down,” Albus motioned for her to sit.
“I don’t know how to say this…,” Minerva sat on the red sofa. Albus was slightly confused.
“Minerva, you can tell me anything,” He sat next to her, “I’m your friend.” She knew that was suppose be comforting, but it just made her feel as if he stabbed her in the heart. She took a deep breath and looked into Albus’ eyes. They were not twinkling, but looked at Minerva with concern.
“Umm…,” Minerva tried to search for words.
“How about we go for a walk?” Albus stood up, “It might help calm you down.” Minerva shook her head yes and stood up next to Albus. He held out his and, she accepted, and they left.
There was almost ten minutes of silence as the two walked, finally Albus spoke, “Now, what is it you wanted to tell me?” He stopped and turned toward her.
“Well,” Minerva knew this was the moment to tell him the truth, not caring if she loses their friendship, or become closer, “Albus, I-” She didn’t stop because of her nerves, but because of something else.
“Yes, Min?”
“Creevey.” Minerva was stunned by what she saw, Albus turned around to see a trail of grapes leading to Colin Creevey at the bottom of the stairs, petrified.
“Oh my,” Albus quickly mad his as to the boy’s petrified body, Minerva following behind him.
“We have to take him to Poppy.” Minerva started to calm down. Albus made a motion with his wand and a stretcher appeared from thin air. Minerva went to Colin’s feet, Albus to his head and they carried him onto the stretcher. Another wave of Albus’ wand and the stretcher was levitating. Albus guided the stretcher with his wand as Minerva followed beside him. Then, as they were making their way to the Hospital Wing, Minerva remembered what she went to Albus about tonight and, before she realized what she was saying, Minerva looked over at Albus and asked, “Albus, about tonight, could we just…forget about it.”
“If you wish.” At this moment, Minerva realized she might never tell Albus the truth.
The End.
So...did you like it? Was it a complete mess?
Not What She Expected
