"This group is for those of us that know that Dumbledore despises the dark arts of homosexuality and all that they stand for."
I would join to support Dumble's obvious BISEXUALITY/ straightness but it sounds WAY too homophobic.

Yeah... I'm not joining this group. There's a difference between being a shipper and being a homophobe. I read het, slash, and femslash. I am lesbian myself, and I have no problem with Dumbledore being gay other than it crushing my favorite ship. "Dark arts"- I find that offensive. I'm glad that this group doesn't have many members, what with the attitude it takes on.

I don't see Dumbledore as gay, purely because I sail the MMAD ship, but that group description is offensive and I would never join that group. I see nothing wrong in being gay, bisexual, whatever, after all they are all simply other ways to love.
I wish JKR had just chosen to make some other character gay instead of Albus, but then since I reject everything that is after OtP I don't really care, and continue to sail along happily immersed in MMADness and utterly convinced that in my reality Albus is not dead.
