So ... I've had this fic in my head for a while and I don't know if it will ever be written - if it is, I'd still like to see your ideas.
Here's the thing:
1. Minerva must be in love with Albus
2. Albus has to married/engaged to someone else
3. Minerva walks in on them kissing one day
4. She has to be upset
5. They cannot get together at all but Albus has to admit that he likes her but is still going to be involved with his wife/fiancée.

YES I CERTAINLY WILL BUT RIGHT NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO APPROACH IT, MECHANICALLY SPEAKING, SO I GUESS I WILL USE YOU AS A SOUNDING BOARD NOW.
Ok, so it's like this. I'm somewhat inclined to write it primarily from out of Doge's head until Minerva reveals her presence or whatever, so then it shifts to her head and stays that way all the way up to the point where Albus catches up to her, as it slowly shifts to reveal that it has been seen from Albus' head THE WHOLE TIME because he knows both of them SO WELL THAT HE PREDICTS THEIR THOUGHTS WITH TOTAL ACCURACY AND THAT MAKES US SAD BECAUSE IT SHOWS THAT HE CAN NEVER HAVE A TRUE SOULMATE SINCE NO ONE WILL EVER BE CLEVER ENOUGH TO BE UNPREDICTABLE FOR HIM.
The other idea I'm tossing around is to tell it in fragments that are both omniscient and non-chronological. It ends where it started. IMPLYING THAT MINERVA WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS ENDLESS CYCLE OF THIS BIZARRE ASYMPTOTIC LOVE AFFAIR FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE, AND THEN THERE IS THIS LITTLE COAD WHERIN DOGE IS CONDEMNED TO BE THE BE THE "WIDOW" WHICH WE ALREAY KNEW BUT STILL WE ARE SAD FOR HIM.
Any advice? Anyone?

I beleive you may have a very serious illness where you use caps lock to express feeling. I do it quite often myself; it's becoming an epidemic.
And I'm partial to the first one; it'll be interesting to see how that pans out =)

IT'S ACTUALLY FROM MY TIME SPENT ON CAPLSLOCK COMMUNITIES SUCH AS CL_HOUSE, WHERIN WE TYPE IN CAPS ALWAYS BECAUSE CAPSLOCK IS FUCKING HILARIOUS, YO.
