HBP(sorta spoilers)

Okay I'm slow and everything but I just now got around to watching CoS and SS and PoA where I DVRed them from ABC Family last weekend but did anyone else see the sneek peak things?

Slughorn is HORRIFIC! I love the man who plays him and all but he's like Michale Gambon he's just not the charrie. He's not fat enough and I always pictured Slughorn with facial hair for some reason.

I've been a fan of the man(can't for my life thnk of his name) who plays ol' Sluggy since I saw Bridget Jones which oddly HP got me into because of Gemma Jones but he's just not Slughorn for me.


((the Dumbly gray hair in the flashback really bugging me too but that's just me lol))

Jim Broadbent plays him. Somehow, he fits into my mental image of Sluggy ...

I'm a fan of Jim Broadbent too (i found out he's in the new movie Inkheart that I'm DYING to see) I have to agree, he isn't perfect for the part, but it's better than nothing. I don't know who they would have for Slughorn.

I freaked out when Gambon showed up in the flashback, I thought he looked like he was going to murder somone or something.

Jim Broadbent is also Harold Zidler in Moulin Rouge. That's where I knew him from, so I was excited to see he was in the HP movies, even if he doesn't quite look right.

On the subject of Inkheart, Helen Mirren is going to play Elinor? That's so cool! I've loved those books for a long time, ever since my uncle, who travels a lot, got me a copy for Christmas when the book first came out. It's signed by Cornelia Funke!
