I've gotten my ears pierced but never by myself- all pro - my parents would freak out if I did that. Great for you though ... ;D

My ears are already pierced but I want double piercings. If i had the time to do what Kissofdeath did I would have two holes in each ear.

That sounds painful! I could never pierce my ears myself! I did have double piercings, now I only have one because the second ones grew shut, but that was painful enough for me.
And I'm a bit like my mom, a clean freak. I would be worrying about germs on the piercing gun...

I'm not very interested in getting my own ears pierced, but I m glad to hear that you're pleased with it and that there's no side effects so far!

I'm jealous! I don't have enough space for two piercings. *pouts* I have one, but even then, it's a struggle for the person at the shop to pierce. Piercing it yourself sounds interesting though, but my ears are too small. >.< oh well.

Not the smartest thing to do it by yourself, but brave nonetheless. I have three in each side and I had my cartilage pierced last year but I let it close up because it kept getting infected.

I'm hoping to get my cartilage done sometime this year. But I'm definately getting my third done this month. Are you hoping to do that one or get it professionally done? |

I got it done at a Piercing Pagoda in the mall with the gun... and PLEASE let them do your third and check the one you did. I know people who did the same sterilization techniques as you and their ears still got infected pretty bad.
