desperately looking for a fic

hey guys!!!
hope anyone can help me! i've been searching this fic the whole day and wasn't successful. but i only remember little of the plot.
so here it goes:
min and albus are a couple (like in every other fic^^), albus is transfiguration professor and deputy so dippet is still headmaster. one day albus and dippet ask min to show up in the headmasters office and she is quite early and hears the portraits talking. she tells albus and dippet and they are sure that min is going to be the next deputy because talking and hearing the portraits talking is a prove that she is "chosen".

okay that's all i remember. anybody noticed the story??

Chatper 18: The Portraits Speak talks about Albus hearing the portraits speak for the first time and Minerva is the one who tells him about them not speaking to anyone aside from the Headmaster or the Deputy. It's then that he decides to apply for the recently vacated positon b/c of Binns death.
