I wonder what they would have been like, considering the eras they were brought up in?

hmmmmm, good question, i wonder too. Albus would've been born sometime around 1840, i think? and Minerva somewhere around 1920? I've always imagined Albus as this quiet little boy who loved to sit and read and be alone. Minerva, on the other hand, I see as maybe being this sweet, manipulative(in that way that children seem to get straight to your heart) little girl that was loved by all, with a rather adventurous nature. ;D -Kathy

Really? I could see Minerva as the quiet studious one and Albus as the charmer. Ladies all over the neighborhood wanting him to look at their daughters as he grew into a teenager. I think he would have been adventurous and studious all at the same time if that makes sense and probably a bit of a jokester. Minerva was probably either exactly like she is now and a very serious child (lord knows I was and I see so much of my future in her) or the exact opposite. Tough call to make.

Hm, that's indeed rather difficult. But I'd agree with ginger newts. I believe Min was more the serious child, book loving and all that - or perhaps more the prankster? Don't know about that. But I'm pretty sure that Albus was always one to win every heart with his charm and those beautiful blue eyes. Hugs, Rikki

Oh I can so see Albus being the charmer of the year, maybe the understated popular boy at school Bet he had most people eating out of his hand lol As for Minerva, a younger version of herself now perhaps but maybe she would have been less severe....afterall she has lived through two wars...thats bound to harden you up a wee bit. Im sure she was probably a little mischief maker in some light

Perhaps we could talk JKR in publishing something on that topic. Could be interesting how she sees them. Hugs, Rikki

Yeah, that would be a real treat. ;D Perhaps if we are really nice... Might be a great addition to the series. Or she could go on exploring the more interesting things ... like Min's and Albus' lives. Sorry, I'll stop babbling. Hugs, Rikki
