I wrote a essay about Minerva.
I hope you like it.
Minerva, a roman goddess
Minerva is the goddess of wisdom, the arts, dyeing,
Science, trade, war, victory, crafts, battle, thought, poetry, medicine, welfare, justice, commerce, fortitude.
She was told to be the inventor of music.
Considered the virgin goddess of warriors.
Ovid called her the goddess of thousand works.
Patroness of arts, science and crafts.
Minerva was also called Athena.
The Romans celebrated her worship from March 19 to 23rd
During the Quinquatrus. The artist’s holiday which was also the festival
Of purification, Minerva was pleased to see scholars and schoolmasters join in a spring vacation with those who labored with their hands.
Her father was Zeon and she was born from his head.
She was born in full arm clothes.
She was the only creature that he trusted completely.
The authors make her fierce warrior, in the older poems mostly
And talk about the grey eyed and cruel Minerva.
She was never known with a man and was the superior
Of the tree goddesses that were virgins.
The Greeks built to her their best and the most magnificent of their phallus. Parthenon, the lady phallus in Athena.
She was of course the protector of the city.
When time goes on the let her get milder. She just protects it when it is
Attacked. She was also the goddess of farmers and craftsmen.
The owl was her bird. She loved horses and is said that she was the first in the world to train them. In that purpose, she invented the brindle.
With that, she did something to help the civilizations in the world of men.
She also had a gift in the world of nature. She created the olive tree.
She and Hera were friends. They did not like
Afrodite who was such a * mum! Look what those men did to me!
Wahhh! * I do not like her either.
