I've been looking for this story but I can't find it anywhere! Albus and Minerva are talking and she asks him about his black hand but he becomes defensive because he feels that it will repulse her. I think she touches his hand even though it sickens her or something.
has anyone read this story?

didn´t want to open a "story-searching" topic too, so i´ll ask here  I´ve no idea what story it was, i only remember it was set after Albus´death. Min is new Headmistress and somebody calls her so, with the result that Min becomes really angry...it was sad, but good, and i´d live to re-read it again... has anyone any clue which story it might have been ? |

I'm sorry I don't know yours, but I've lost one too! I read it here I think, and I was so sure it was in the romance or possibly the fluff section so I've checked both multiple times and I can't see it. But saying that I can't remember the title. I think it's a case of not being able to see something for looking. Anyway, it's a story about a ball at Hogwarts in which the heads of houses have to wear their house colours and Minerva has this beautiful dress. She and Albus arrange to meet after she's put the Gryffindors to bed and she returns really late. And when she gets back to the great hall Albus is there but she doesn't see him and he sneaks up bahind her. I'm pretty sure they dance... Grr, I can't remember and I really need to read it again. If anyone knows what story it is I'd be really grateful, thanks  Amy |

Ugh, I've read both but can't remember the titles. Amy, yours is an "older" story if I'm not very much mistaken and think of another dance-ball-dress story.

Yes it is an old one, I was going through fics that had been written before I joined. It's really annoying me now. I think I'm going to have to check every story in the romance section even if I do recognise the title. At least I know it's an old one now. Thanks |

Again I need some help... I´m searching a story, which title I forgot, but I know something about the plot: Albus and Min have been somewhere, don´t remember where, and there was a woman, telling Min that she looks quite "conservative" and old... So Min lets her hair down, puts the glasses away, and immediately looks 20 years younger. Then she made her way to Albus and kissed and says something like "that´s way I look that way"... anybody any idea which story it may be ? |

I'm also looking for a story!
I don't remember it very well...
Albus has died and everybody was attending the wedding of Bill and Fleur.
And they do a binding spell or something like that.
Molly explains to the golden trio that all the married couples in the room will light up when Bill and Fleur do their spell.
And Harry sees Minerva standing alone, all in black, a little bit aside, and then Bill and Fleur do their spell, and so he sees it when there is a big golden light around Minerva, and a ghost-like Albus comes to her, for just a second and then the spell of Bill and Fleur is over, and all the couples are back normal.
It's something about how longer the couple is married and the more they love each other, the bigger the golden light is. And with Minerva it's huge, althought Albus has died.
And that's how Harry discovered that Minerva and Albus were/are married.
I loved this story, so I hope somebody will find it!

Alesia wrote the wonderful story How Will He Know that you are looking for. If you go to the Drama section and go to the second page, you will find it under Alesia. Her vignettes about how Harry and Co. find out, in various ways, that Albus and Minerva are married are superb. I personally can't wait to read another one.

*Sighs* I've lost another story. I really need to stop doing this. It's one where Minerva has a dream about her and Albus together (at a summer cottage I think) then he wakes her up because his heart's desire is wake up every morning with her. So he grants her her dream. And the dream had wildflowers and one line was something about waiting for some wildflowers. I read it here, I'm 100% sure of that,. If anyone knows I'd be really grateful |

I'm once again searching for a story This time it's absolutely horrible, I can rememberevery detail of the story, but still I can't find it. Minerva and Albus are on a mission and they have to go to Stonehenge. 'Cause Voldemort is there, there is a ritual andVoldemort has sex with Bellatrix in the middle of the circle. And Albus and Minerva have no other choice then to have sex too, so the magic can't go to Voldemort. After that they bring 11 death eather to the Minister and then they go to Grimmauld Place. There eerybody askes what they have done to prevend the magic to go to Voldemort. And Minerva suddenly yells that they had sex and everybody is shocked. After that they go home (Albus and Minerva) and I think Albus comes in the shower with Minerva. I thought it was from Angeldust, Stoneygem or Angharad, but I can't find it on ff.net with the search button, and I'm currently searching on this board. So I hope somebody will help me! again I´m missing some stories: the first one was about Albus leaving student Min at Hogwarts when going to fight Grindelwald. Min stays in the the Astronomy tower and refuses to come out before Albus returns...and well, after some months i guess he does... the second one was also about Albus being away. Min hardly eats or sleeps during that time, and when he comes back, she can´t help herself but run to him, losing hat and pins on her way throughout the hall to him.... Has anyone any idea where I can find those stories, or what the titles were ? thank you so much for helping |

Tanja, The other story you are looking for is one of my favorites. It is called A Caged Lioness by Sensiblyquirky, a wonderful author, and Ginger Newts, another wonderful author.
