‘Miss McGonagall-Minerva’ ‘Yes professor Dumbledore? ‘Come.’ The old man said. ‘I want a word with you.’ The young girl followed her professor into an empty classroom. ‘Professor, you wanted to speak to me?’ the girl said. He looked at her then he said ‘Do you think this is funny?!’ ‘What? Sorry?’ the young girl asked backing away and crossing her skinny arms over her bosom. ‘No-Do you, Minerva? Tell me.’ ‘I…I don’t know what you mean.’ ‘Bloody hell, Minerva! You know exactly what I mean.’ ‘I’ ‘He gestured to her body. ‘Do you actually know how many kilos you’ve lost in the past few months?’ When she failed to answer he grasped her around the shoulders. ‘Look at yourself! You get thinner every day. Have you seen your face of late-no, Have you? ‘Did you think I wouldn’t notice?’ he asked her. She couldn’t answer, she couldn’t look in his eyes, she just stared at his chest, her eyes big and green, wondering how it would be if he held her closer. ‘Whatever do you care?’ she told him. ‘Why do you look at me if you don’t like the way I look?’ the young girl demanded of the old man. ‘Does it matter for you if I do?’ he said quirking an eyebrow. ‘Of course it does not’ the girl said fiercely. The professor sighed. ‘I’m an old man, Minerva. I’ve seen many women. I know I’m not the one to talk to you about these things, but believe me. Boys( and men) don’t want a thin woman. Why is it you want to lose weight, Minerva?’
