The Angels grew restless so God gave them playthings,
We call them guaridans, they call us toys.
The trouble with Angels is in their intententions,
They tend to experiment just to rejoice.
They find it peculiar to see someone crying,
They don't know teardrops and could not know pain.
They sing 'Hallelujah' at one of God's wonders
But the widow, still sobbing, will not pray again.
And when we are bleeding they study us closely,
they sing lovely praises because blood is life.
Imagine their joy when our monarchs play chess games
while soldiers lay dieing from bayonet knife.
The Angels grew jealous, for God gave us something
they don't understand and have only for him.
As we fall in love they rejoice in destruction.
