Copy and past the link where the picture is alone, and select the entire thing and press on one of the options called url. Try that and if not respond here again. Good Luck!

I would like to post a picture but I can't Figure out how. it won't let me copy past. Hope this helps: 1. Make sure that the picture has a url on the web; in other words, you can't insert a picture directly from your own computer. You need to upload it to a hosting site first (e.g., Photobucket). 2. If it's your picture and it's uploaded to Photobucket or a similar site, you can cut and paste the BB code directly from there. (It's the one that starts with "img" in brackets in the line.) In Photobucket, all you need to do is hover over the thumbnail of your picture, and the various options will drop-down for you to choose one. If not, grab the url manually. Usually right-clicking on the (full-size) picture using the Firefox will give you the option to copy the image location. (I think Chrome also functions this way; if you use IE, you have to right-click the image, select "Properties," and then find the url and copy it.) 3. In your post here on the board, either paste the BB code ("image code") that you copied from Photobucket or other hosting site, OR click the "insert image" icon. It's the fourth one over on the second row and looks like a picture with a white border, and it's next to the one for inserting a url, which looks something like a globe with a dog-eared page next to it. 4. If you choose to use the "insert image" icon, you'll see: [img][/img] and you need to paste the picture's url between the two img tags. (If you use the url tags, you'll get a clickable link to the picture, but the picture won't appear in the post -- at least, that's the way it's supposed to work.) You can also just manually type in the code and paste the url into it. 5. If you want to center the image, highlight the entire image code and click the "center" tag (the fifth icon from the right on the first line), and you'll see the center code surrounding the image code, and when you preview your post, you'll see your image and it will be centered. 6. Here's an example for you: And here's what the code for that looks like: [center][IMG]http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa289/MMADfan/admmtogether.jpg[/IMG][/center] If I only use the url codes, this is what I see: i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa289/MMADfan/admmtogether.jpgAnd this is what that code looks like: [url]http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa289/MMADfan/admmtogether.jpg[/url] To "properly" use the url codes to create a link when typing text, use the url code as in this example (it happens to lead to my blog, but you can substitute any url, of course). My Blog. And here's what that code looks like: [url=http://mmadfan.wordpress.com]My Blog[/url]. I hope this was helpful!

Minerva: That's lovely dear, how about some warning the next time you experiment with animagus forms or at least something a little smaller. Albus: Sorry love, I over shot my mark I was going for a house cat. Minerva: Well I'll say so.
