I love it. It is- just like my dad used to do- he couldn't sleep at night so he would read. My neighbor is the same way too- there just doesn't seem like enough hours in the day to do what you would want to do.

Btw, chocolate would be very bad for birds, (as with all small pets) but, as he is a phonenix, - he *could * live a little...

I think I like the second version better, I still want to know the whys and am contemplating all of the possibilities but that is why I like your writing so much, it makes me think. ;D

get the thesis done but think about finishing this after that. It is excellent.

Your story is very sad... really well written (both versions) but very sad. I cried a lot with it. *sniff*

I didn't like Albus in this story, he is depressing and apparently, very depressed. I usually think of Albus as a jovial, happy person, so I can't picture him depressed, but I have to admit that older people often feel overwhelmed by their past, and It seems that Albus feels that way. Besides, with your stories you explain very well how come Minerva is not Albus' equal.

I liked your story a lot. I hated (and agreed with) your POV. If ADMM were a couple, I can imagine Albus' last days as you pictured them.

I disagree with you. I'm sure I wouldn't force someone to kill me. But I'm NOT Albus, I'm NOT the Great Wizard of the Time. I'm sure he could.
Do you really think that Albus would plead for his life?
Mmm.. I'm not convinced but it's nice to read a different point of view
