The only slash or femslash I really like is Sprout/Pomfrey. I don't know why but that makes sense in my head. Plus Sprout is one of my favorites in the movie (any woman who loves being the size she is and tells people that is ok by me!) so I'll read just about anything with her in it. Has anyone ever seen Sprout and someone else paired? That's an interesting ship...I think that's cool. I've started to give Remus/Sirius a chance. In fact I'm working on a fic about them now that explains how their relationship is actually onesided and the other person is brokenhearted. I'm reading an amazing fic right now on ff.net called Sway Me Smooth. It's Sirius/Minerva which I'd never supported before-but for the rest of this fic I've decided that Albus just doesn't exist! |

I've seen Pommie with Alastor and Albus once or twice. It's not really as good as Pommie/Poppy, Poppy/Alastor or Min/Albus but it was ok.

I'm reading an amazing fic right now on ff.net called Sway Me Smooth. It's Sirius/Minerva which I'd never supported before-but for the rest of this fic I've decided that Albus just doesn't exist! Oh I've been reading that one, it's really good. Iactually like reading fics that ship Min with someone other than Albus just to see how it would work and go into complete fantasy land. MMAD seems so real that it's practically cannon for me, so reading funkier ones are fun |

I don't generally like Min with anyone but Albus, but I have also been reading Sway With Me and the progression just feels natural. I'm really enjoying it. I love the character Pomona Sprout (probably because I love Miriam Margolyes) and I love fics with her and Poppy together. But I tend to write her with Alastor because I love the idea of them together. I can almost see something to parallel As Time Goes By with the two of them, except her nursing him back to health.  |

That is so cool! Because I have a total 'As time goes by' thing going on with Minerva and Albus!
I like Poppy-/Pommie, because the fics I read about them are good.
I like Sprout a lot and I really think someone should write about her more. Not necessarily a ship, but please: use her!!!!
(of course I am using this challenge myself as well!)

I like the idea of Severus/Hermione and Draco/Hermione, I've come across brilliant fics for both which changed my way of thinking.
For femslash, don't shoot me,but I have actually,quite accidentally,come across some excellent Minerva/Hermione fics. I don't actually ship them while reading the HP books but in fanfic I love it.

I dunno if I can really call it shipping, because I don't set out to read the fics. Through the ADMM world, though, I've been introduced to a few pairings that I support.
Snape/Hooch which I think is hysterical, I never imagined Snape would have his match in her, but some authors write them so well
Poppy/Alastor is one I support
Snape/Hermione I kinda support, but I haven't read many of them.
So I don't really devote time to reading about them, I just do it while they are in the fics I read. However, I'm beginning to become obsessed with Snape, so I may set out to search for some Snape/Hooch fics.

yeah I've read some really good ones with Snape/Hooch. I don't think of it while I read the books, but thats what I like about fanfic, it can be completly improbable, but as long as it's written well I can get into it. Like minniequill on ffic.net writes really good Min stories with all sorts of ships, Albus, Sirius and even Harry. So basically if it's well written, why not?

wow, you should read some of the fics on this board...a lot of them feature Snape/Hooch as a side ship. I personally prefer snape with an oc...like myself!

Snape and Hooch wern't really something I thought about until I found this board thus finding Into the Lion's Den in my opinion the BEST ADMM fic ever. They were so cute together in that one. I was so sad for them though cause Hooch kept having miscarriages.

Yeah ff.net has been mucking up lately - I was getting really irritated because no alerts or reviews were being sent to me.  I'm a sad soul; reviews make my day. But I think its working now. I'm currently working on 'Here Where I Stand at the Turning of the Years' and I very stupidly promised I wouldn't post the next chapter until it was 12 pages long...and its only two so far. But 'Sway Me Smooth' I imagine will be updated soon, probably before Friday (I get bored far too easily. lol.) I don't suppose anyone has any ideas for songs that I can use? Obviously ones that can be danced to. lol Minniequill |

i dunno..im Jean/Logan all the way guyz...but to each his own...i dont find Storm/Logan and Storn/Jean much appealing to me...besides me loves Jean, i can relate to her...sort of that is
