Okay guys, think about it though, this revalation could make for some....interesting....stories. I mean, the stories can either have that much more angst in them....or be that much more kinky ;D

My main problem with all this is that he was in love with Gellert and then just never loved again for 160 years? Doesn't that seem a little extreme? If he was really that burned, I doubt he would have believed in love as much as he seems to. He was like a father to some students (mostly Harry) and told him so many times that his mother's love was part of his bond. How can Dumbledore be so sure of love and it's happiness and power if he only loved once. And then he killed the same guy he loved. I mean if he really loved Gellert, he would've told him to cool it...well maybe not exactly that. But seriously, how can he tell Harry to be so sure of love he only loved once?

Ive just read that she said this: As for telling her admiring readers about the sexual preference of Professor Dumbledore, she said: "I had to give you something to talk about for the next 10 years ... Just imagine the fan fiction now." So when she says she had to give something to talk about, what's she saying? That she did it for FF or what? She's right though, people will tak for quite a while i can say. And when she said it ... was she directing it at us shippers or HP fans in general?

He's not gay he's eccentric. There's a difference. (wow, I resisted writing that all in caps!)
