Book 7

I had the Yule Ball screensaver one the other day on th PC and my sister (still not talking to her) made me change it because I kept annoying her while she was trying to watch "The Golden Girls" saying see even WB thinks they're together. I made a screensaver a while back too it had all the couples I ship from HP on it. I think about 7 pictures of AD/MM alone. It was really cool.

My dad wont let me change the screen saver or i would do the same thing. only i ship way to many ppl to have seven of ad/mm alone.

What I did was put them all in a folder on the PC because we have XP so I have it running under the slideshow so I don't have a limit for number of pics I can have. It's so cool.

I get bored waiting for the other couples to pass so I can see Minerva and Albus on the Yule Ball screensaver. ;D I need to make a screensaver of my own...

Exactly the reason I have so many of Albus and Min on mine all the other couples only have 1.

I heard today that JK has announced she will be killing off 3 of her characters!!! One is obviously Harry or Voldemort (maybe both?)...

Well on her Richard and Judy interview she said two more would be killed and one who was going to be now isn't. That was Monday. I'm thinking a lot are going to die, it is a war afterall. Maybe Min gets to be with Albus? Though I'll cry even more if she dies.

oh i know. i read that online last night. i was thinking of who it could be. maybe snape and minerva have a show down. i hope hagrid doesnt die. i'd be ok wioth minerva dying because then she'd be albus.

I'm thinking Hagrid is one of the most likely ones to die or even Severus. Yes, I'll cry an ocean if Min dies, but in my mind that means she'll be with Albus!

She can't kill Min. That's no she can't kill Min. Snape deserves it. Not Min. She can kill Snape or anyone on the dark side just no one in the order or I'm gonna cry for days. Espcially if it's Min.

Well what if snape's not really on the dark side, then would still be ok to kill him? If she kills min it will her end her suffering over albus' death and she would be happy and they would no longer have to hide their relationship. i know i sound heartless for thinking min should but in reality i'd most likely break down in tears and not stop for a really long time.

If Snape isn't on that dark side is the only exception. I'm still hopeing Albus isn't gone for good. He's just hideing. If Min does die I'm gonna cry for days and days.

It would be horrible, actually, if both of our ship people died. What a way to put a dampner and sink a ship, she wouldn't surely?

I keep having dreams where JK tells us that Min was *is* married to Albus and he's not dead. Wishful thinking maby but so what.

This is the part that makes everyone think JK is going to kill Harry:

"I have never been tempted to kill him off before the final because I've always planned seven books, and I want to finish on seven books," she says. "I can completely understand, however, the mentality of an author who thinks, `Well, I'm gonna kill them off because that means there can be no non-author-written sequels. So it will end with me, and after I'm dead and gone they won't be able to bring back the character'."

I can understand that, but even if she killed off every character in the series and wrote nothing else, people would probably still write within that universe. I'm thinking of Gregory Macquire (Wicked and Son of a Witch) and others who have written sequels and back stories based on The Wonderful Wizard of Oz books. I hope she doesn't kill Harry just to kill the series. First of all I don't think it would work, but secondly, why would she want the books to end that way? After all he's been through, I would Harry could have a happy ending at some point!

Hmmm. I don't think, even if he lives, Harry will have a happy ever after. I worry he'll be like Albus, I see huge parallels between Albus/Grindelwald and Harry/Voldemort. Does he turn out like that? Happy at Hogwarts, he's never been happy anywhere else so far.

I think he'll get an ending, but it's never going to be right, it's not going to change 18 years of his life.

Even though I know this is not all there is to it, I'm not sure if I think Harry will die or not. Most of me is saying that it will be Voldemort that will be killed because this is a children's series after all, and it's mainly a "good vs. evil" thing.

No matter what happens to Harry in the rest of his life, nothing will make up for what he has gone through. I'm just hoping that since it is a children's series, good will come to him.

I do the same thing! I have so many ADMM pictures I collected. I also had the Yule Ball screen saver for awhile.

My grandma sent me the newspapter clipping that talks about JK killing off two of her main characters. She said the bad guys wouldn't just go after the "extras" so she wouldn't either.

My Great Aunt reads the books too and is conviced that JK won't kill Harry I think JK might but just might. Then again my Aunt thinks AD/MM is crazy. *evil old aunt*

I'm the same way. Everyone thinks I'm crazy except one of my younger sisters. Even her twin thinks we're crazy. haha
