The only way we can ever be certain is if JKR tells us one way or the other (i.e. someone else she may have them paired with, or Albus was never involved with anyone etc.) However, if she does not ever tell us one way or the other, we can carry on anyhow. Chances are that we can 'win' in this. And, if we don't, we'll all just have to write AU. I mean, HGSS is a really big ship, but JKR was very clear about Snape and love. So either way, we can keep shipping. That said, please let them be married!

I don't see why- unless JK is totally evil, lol- that ADMM can't be proved true. I mean, it's one of the most logical ship in the Harry Potter world, whether you like it or not (assuming that you all do. hehe). The movies, too, seem to "play up" the ship. I realized that when Minerva first got close and grabbed Albus's arm when she was startled about the flying motorcycle in HP and the SS/PS.  End of rambling. ;D |

BeMMADfabulous is right, it is one of the most logical couplings. They make more sense than Snape with... anyone! And it's not like we're saying McGonagall belongs with Trelawney
(THAT would be completely wrong).

its true. there are mcgonagall/umbridge fics. mostly with mcg rejecting her though, which is the main reason umbridge hates mcgonagall.

lol I was just watching a re-run of CoS on vacation and Dumbledore said this right after they were reprimanding Harry and Ron for flying the car. Dumbledore said: "There is a most delicious custard tart that I am anxious to suck." And I SWEAR that he glanced at Minerva and that Minerva smirked ever so slightly. Right then and there, I really wished that I had TiVo. Also, while we're on the subject of Minerva + Dolores = makes me wanna puke... lol My curiosity got the better of me and I went on ff.net to see if there were any (my and my darned curiosity!) Anyways there was a little bit of a funny one, but it is McGonagall paired with another woman which means it's obviously not Dumbledore. It was still kinda funny though.
