I would like to thank MMADfan for introducing me to this ship though. I simply adore her work and she is, by far, my favorite fanfic author. ;D *tips hat to MMADfan* I also think that Minerva and Albus make a wonderful pairing.

When I read I have a tendency to block everthing out. Apparently I do the same when I read fanfic as well. At least my husband tells me so.

When I started reading I didn't ever think I would write anything, it had been a VERY long time. But I finally felt inspired again. And then I didn't think I would post it either. *gulp* But I did. heh.

Well, that's enought about me...next!

And from what you say about your reading habits and how engrossed you become, you could identify with Minerva in the recent chapter (of RaM) in which it took plucking the book from her hands before she noticed anything! ;D

I know you are familiar with Sycophant Hex , but a couple other good fanfic sites are The Petulant Poetess and OWL -- the Online Wizarding Library, I think that stands for -- owl.tauri.org. OWL has quite a lot of good Severus Snape fic, if you enjoy that. (I don't post there because getting validated author status on SH and TPP was enough, I decided, and didn't want to have to go through it again on OWL, but they have a lot of good fic and I recommend the site.)

I think it's great you're starting your hand at writing again! Have fun with it!

But...If I started describing that would be just like describing MM. She's my fav car, but really, I'm not doing it on purous...I couldn't.
I have the same shed of hair as MM in the films. I have exactly the same lip shape as Maggie smith. I'm a libra just like MM. I look good in green and blew. Friends and annamies say I have the temperament of a cat. I have strong opinions. I'm very much a Griffindor. I'm not afraid of standing up and telling an anoing guy. 'YOU' RE GAY" because he's wearing lipstick and reading magasins for women, and denyes it. I HATE divinatiuon/ anything to do with reading the future. I was pursing my lips when angry even before I read HP. Mad, eh?
I dream to become a writer, just like JK. I wrote Alone at the end of the world in Drama, a first last and only kiss and Sway in Romance, The Black haired witch at the top of the stairs in Mistery and loathes in Humor.

I'm a Neverwinter Nights fan girl! I hate Divination! (had a BAD experience in D&D someone was looking at there guts)! Necromancy is cool though (Bringing back the dead). Well the first time I thought of ADMM I thought EW! and then I read from a different site ADMM Fics and I though delusional! So I meant to type in something but I typed in something wrong and this site popped up and I'm like not again then I actually read the fanfiction and I'm like it's not so bad and now here I am Ta Du! I read non stop I must have read over now let's see over more than I can count! You know how I said I thought ADMM was delusional well I thought Aribeth/Fenthick was delusional *cough* still does *cough* But Linu/Synth is soo cute they are my favorite! I like animals and I'm a Harry/Hermione shipper don't kill me! But Tonks/Lupin beats them out!

I live in um there close to Rochester joking I know where I live! I live in Arkport now! My friend is Ashley James! waves to her. I sing and stuff. I also do band and I get good grades (top in the class last year) smiles and keeps on going! I so am in luv with David Beckham! he is the best pro soccer player! And Lisa Hamm is so cool also! I love Massie from the Clique series and I also love Sharpay from hsm! I'm very patient and quiet and I'm shy. I love Humor I can't live without humor! I look like Vanessa Hudgens *scowls quietly*. Hey I'm Alex or on the net Immortal Aussie so yes obviously I'm from Australia- Melbourne to be exact. I love reading and spend way to much time reading fanfiction. I've always loved fantasy and got into Harry Potter when dad brought it back from England for me in about '99 and I quickly came obsessed with it though I didn't find fanfiction until 2003.

I've always loved Albus/Minerva and thought it was canon especially when I read the scene in OotP in Albus's office when he disappeared.

I love all the unusual sort of fics- anything from Albus and Minerva raising Harry to Severitis- so pretty much anything extreme AU I'll love. Could be due to the fact that one of the first Harry Potter and fanfiction in general was a Harry/Remus mpreg one- I didn't even know what Slash and Mpreg were back then *shudder*

I'm very obssessed and love anything. My fav characters are Albus/Minerva/Severus/Remus and Harry. I love stories where they raise/related to hp.

Hi everyone! It's great to see many many fellow shippers out here...truth be told I have actually followed the happenings of this board since it started 3 years ago maybe? After all I have been on board this ship since 10 years ago and have more or less been through very much online...but this is the first time I joined the forum, i guess its coz i felt upset about JKR's recent revelations and needed to voice out my opinions as well and i believe many of you out there feel the same way too. I guess I'm a good example for the many people who are avid supporters of our favorite couple too but have never really been active online, which really goes to show that there are so many more people out there who are riding on with us! and I'm really really glad about that!

Abit about myself, I'm from Asia actually, Singapore, where I suppose is still quite a "close minded" community in terms of wider acceptance towards issues such as gayism or even for example, people would turn their heads at a 50 year plus gap relationship which is why lots of people give me weird looks when I tell them that Albus and Minerva should be together, but anyways, this doesn't deter me from liking them still and I for one really can't imagine how they would be without the other for all their years at Hogwarts and before.

Yup, it's really nice to meet everyone here and I hope our ship will reign the seas forever!

My real name is Natalie and I'm from Germany. I'm 22 and guess what, I was born at the same date as our all favorite transfiguration teacher was, the 4th October

My hobby's are my friends, my horse, my cats, my fav. actresses and reading fan fiction. Once I tried to write a ff myself, but it ended horrific so I deleted it immediately.

If I tried to describe you my look now I'd fail terrible because all I can describe is that I've got brown hair, green eyes and a slender figure and that's certainly not very much to say.

OK, now here's my big outing, I am actually a MMAd shipper!!^^
It all started two years ago, when I read my first MMAD ff and since then I'm charmed by them(is this right, grammatical?)
But before I knew about them I fell in love with one certain Maggie Smith. You know, I adore her, she's so great and one of the most magnificent things about her, are her hands...god...they're gorgeous!

Well, and after I found Maggie, I found Julie(Andrews) and fell in love with too, but, by the way almost everyone who loves Jools or Mags also loves the other one...well, that's at least what I think...
Ok, then I found Meryl(Streep) and then I found one by one Lily Tomlin, Helen Mirren, Judi Dench, Glenn Close, Diana Rigg, Candice Bergen and last but not least Frances Conroy...^^

But now, I'm going to stop to write, because I have to feed my cats and so on...but before that happens I have to thank Joanne for inventing these two great characters, even if she made Albie gay and even if she probably won't read this anyway, THANK YOU!

Hello there, I'm mmteaching, in my case Mikamama (my three year old son) and teaching because I strarted my "Referendariat" some kind of teacher training in Germany that lasts about two years on 02.01. Minerva McGonagall ist my favorite character by far and apparently I'm hopelessly romantic, so... I'm always reading fanfiction whenever my own live seems a bit too much, right now that seems to be quite often.

I'm Dianeby Go, from the Philippines, currently getting old this coming April.

I'm Gryffindor through and through, and I looked flashy in red. *Please don't laugh* I had an ADMM button, and I'm now trying to get a giant full-blown poster of them only! That means no overly focused Potter around!

I've been fascinated with ADMM ever since PS/SS, so it kind of blown off. I came to this board for a bit of friend searching mission, because I don't have much of them back home.

So, this is the only place where I can be without people saying I'm "eccentric", "weird", "nerd", "geek" or "childish".

My prized possession is a Maggie Smith-signed picture, which I am not denying that I even hugged and kissed the thing once!
